I would look at the output of all three of your transceivers on a scope to verify that there isn't a power spike when keyed. Some transceivers put out 150 watts or more for a few ms when keyed, even

Bill, some radios especially ICOMS "overshoot" and the Alpha's particularly go off on fault. Not sure what tube the 89 uses, but most of the time the Alpha tetrode amps are prone to this because you

Bill, When you say it's keyed at 30 WPM, do you mean you're keying the amp (QSK) and allowing it to key the transmitter - or the other way around? It should work fine in either direction if the trans
