- Try 'Farnell' http://www.farnell.com/ they stock the BZY91 series in both normal and 'R' variants, Ptot on those is 75W Depending on the voltage you need you may be able to use a number of 'normal' s

- As far as I know, Frank Fix at K2AW's Silicon Alley will still supply 50 watt zeners in about any value you want. Address in any issue of QST. David KC2JD ____________________________________________
