Yes, while with a calibration lab some years ago, we were able to get Bird to custom make a couple of Model 43 elements. Bear in mind that having them made custom by Bird will be rather expensive. I'

You can buy a 500 watt slug from Coaxial Dynamics. the slug is 950 to 1300 MHZ, and is interchangeable with those manufactured by Bird Electronic Corporation. Look here http://www.coaxial.com/home_fr
