Jim, Let's assume for a minute that there are only 2 diodes and the 3rd one is maybe something like a zener as only 2 diodes are needed for the usual limit switch circuitry. Also I am assuming that t

Hi Jim, A reasonable guess would be some manufacturer's house number for a 1N4245: 1 amp @ 200V PIV. Something from the 1N400X series, 1N4003 or 1N4004 would be fine substitutes. 73 & Good morning, M
