Can anyone help me with these? Super Check Partials... If needed we can discuss this off list. I have in the past tried to use these SCP's and just don't get it. Or I'm just not using them correctly?

What about "JA3Y" or "DH8B" or "9FAP" or "L5BM"? Super Check Partial (in my experience) is of limited usefulness with short callsigns like we have a lot of in the USA. However, on longer EU or Asian
