I would suggest contacting the Contest Desk at the ARRL and explain what happened. Include a copy of your log, since they may not have ready access to what you submitted for SS. If this was an error

The mugs used to be based on claimed multipliers, not multipliers after log checking. I've never bought a mug so not sure if that's still the case. I'd send an email to the contest department at the

Based on your findings, I'd say you found a bug in the log checking. I suspect that the LC strips out whatever is after the portable sign "/" and just looks at the call, unless what is "after" the /
