If the other person is not OPERATING (only repairing, maintenance), then they are not an Operator and did not contribute to the score. PS: I am not a contest lawyer, just a reasonable and intelligent

This is getting pretty absurd if you ask me. Maybe the rules should be changed slightly to say "only one OPERATOR can contribute to the final score ..." That would eliminate the local pizza delivery
