Actually it is relevant.. Here in the central zone ( W9 ), it always began 3 PM local ( 2100Z), and ended 9 PM local ( 0300Z). Now, 2100Z is 4 PM local. Time change is 2 AM Sunday morning, local, so,

No, Mal, there is a difference. Normal everyday life is in normal time, not GMT. I work until noon local Saturday, or, 1800z. That gives me 3 hours before SS at 2100z. This year, noon is 1700z. So. n
