The RBN's main telnet port was down for a couple of hours this morning, for the first time in quite a while.  It's available more than 99.5 percent of the time. I suspect that because the RBN provide

Hi Barry W2UP, iirc it's quite simple: The harder you press it the louder you are on Bouvet. But don't press it on their TX QRG as there are always several police men with a bigger knob than you have
