Hi Eric, I have to agree with you on this one. DC isn't part of Maryland, so it shouldn't count as such. Precedence has been set for this, as DC counts for a separate mult in the ARRL 10 meter contes

Thanks, John. For clarification: DC counts as a multiplier in the three ARRL non-section, non-grid contests: 10 meter, RTTY Roundup and DX. DC counts as a multplier in the CQ WW 160 contest. DC right

I think the only reason that DC is grouped in with MD is because is counted as the same section (MDC) by the ARRL . Eric has a good argument for making DC a separate multiplier. New Brunswick, Nova S
