I do not have a lot of patience for SO2R / In-band, or whatever kind of stations that dont come back after two calls. If I have a pileup, my time and rate is just as valuable as the delayed callers.

Yes, Michael what you describe happens constantly. But the pileup "owner and operator" should be able to immediately hear the guys continuing to call as soon as he/she finishes giving the exchange -
