The BEST headphones I've ever used are FOSTEX. I use the Model T-20 and plug them in the speaker jack of my TS-950. I can wear them 48-hours without ANY discomfort. Cost about 80 bucks at audio store

Another vote for the Bose phones. I love mine, and use them in contests and on planes. They're as light and comfortable as anything I've ever used, including my old Beyers, and the NR works amazingly
