Let's do some simple math. 4 minutes X(times) 3 Q's per minute = 12 Q's(minimum)... Yes sir I'll gladly take a 1 or 2 Q penalty to sneak in extra minutes. Where do I sign up ?????? MAL N7MAL BULLHEAD

Sorry John, but the rules require you to take a 30 or more minute off time. Not a 29 or 28 or 27 minute off time. If they allowed you to take shorter off times and then chop the extra minutes off the

Yes, it does look like the NAQP administrator applied a more onerous interpretation than the SS administrator. Just to clarify, it you have a QSO at 0030Z, and your next QSO is at 0100Z, both the NAQ
