I was told that SOME of the UA9A's (UA9B's) are also in EU. And NOT ALL of the UA9S/T/W 's are in Zone 16. How does LOG checking program recognize that? Or we simply assume ALL UA9A's should be in Z.

The continent boundries are specified by the WAC rules, the zone boundries are specified by the WAZ rules, and they do not have to match up. See the earlier message by k3est on the subject. David Rob
