If there's a problem here, I don't think it's a 2nd or "mult" station problem. Unlike all other categories, there's no explicit "one signal at any one time" or "one signal per band" rule for M/S in C

Nothing - That sounds legal to me. But you could do nearly the same thing if you have the cluster or skimmer. With your two stations watch all the bands on the cluster that the running station is not
