Maybe there should be two CW Sprints this season, and whichever weekend has the most logs submitted will be designated the real CW sprint. I bet a lot of people would operate both weekends. -- -- Ken

How are NCJ contest changes like this made? Is there a committee or something similar? I wonder who they are, and how each one voted? Was there ever anything brought up on here, or some other contest
