Doug, In your example given, start your operation 11.5 hours after the beginning of the contest and then operate 36 stright hours, there is no ""OFF" time. You have simply operated the 36 hour contes

Of course the answer is yes. How could it be anything else? You are allowed to operate 36 hours. The only way it is no is if you start at 1130z on Sunday in which case you can operate for 36 straight
