I'm playing a little in the ARRL DX contest and I've noticed something new that I don't recall from previous years. Several DX stations have sent their power as zero watts. I've received 5NN T, 5NN T

I worked 2 of those 0 and 00 stations also. Both were from KP4. Missed the 10 meter opening today, did hear V51YJ yesterday on 15 but didn't get him. Nice to hear 15 open to other hemispheres at this
