Art, Thanks for your thoughtful post. I won't deny being semi-rare in the SS has it's benefits, (our records show there are always ample MAR(VE1/9/VY2) stations on for every SS) however this is not a

My understanding of the reason CQP uses MAR as one multiplier is because there are 58 CA counties as mults for out of state stations and with MAR as one mult there are an equal 58 mults for in state
