I feel contest software with call sign/name/bloodtype/exchange information fill ins are much more of a blight on creating an "assisted" non-assisted contester then any code readers/skimmers ever will

Paul, I share your feelings. Callsigns database was the greatest tool at our 2002 K1B DX-ped. No CW Skimmers to display all the callers. People enjoy debating nuisances of their mother tongue @ KR2Q.
