I agree with you Jim. I think 3650, giving the phone portion 100 khz would have been a little more realistic. With it changing to 3600, that is going to force Rtty stations to go probably, as low as

Rick according to the ARRL web site, 30 minutes ago, the F.C.C. still had not yet posted to the Federal Register. The rule change becomes effective 30 days after it is posted to the Federal Register.

The results of the FCC action will eliminate the Novice bands on 80-40-15-10m. Novices (and Technicians with 5wpm) will be allowed to operate in the General CW bands. On 80m that means 3525 to 3600.

Hmmm... I must be confused. The proposal I saw, listed cw as legal from 3.5 to 4.0 and the whole of 40,20,15.... and so on. It said CW and.... for the entire band. Where did I go wrong?--... ...--Dal
