Hi Mike, Take a trip to your local TV repair shop, & ask if you might do some dumpster diving therein...! I make it a point to retrieve & save the deflection yokes (?) on any & all old TV's/CRT's --

You guys still have TV repair shops up there? I haven't seen one of those in years. Nowadays everybody just assumes a TV set is a throw-away item. When TV's quit using tubes, most of the repair shop

Plus in California we cannot legally throw them away. They go to the hazardous waste facility. Now anything that has a circuit board (they say uses power such as battery or A/C) has to go there too.

come in the new 31 mix? www.fair-rite.com is the mfr. Click on their link to distributors. Be prepared to buy 20 or more for a minimum purchase, but at 1/3 the price of Amidon. Jim K9YC _____________
