First off - as point out this link was wrong: It was noise.doc for the first letter, but I copied it to both file names so it will work now. This morning - it appears the noise continues to diminish

VHF noise can be easier to pinpoint, because the strongest radiation tends to be from wires much closer to the source. Driving/walking around with a talkie or mobile VHF rig MIGHT help you zero in on
