I second Chris' suggestion to use the portable flag loop with preamp. Within the past 4 months, I have used one about 5 times to pinpoint noise sources. Either build one from WD8DSB's article in Marc

Hi Don, Thanks for responding. I am using a 14 inch loop I built from your plans many years ago. I think this loop is for lower frequencies though. I used it with success finding noises on 160 meters
