I am, again, asking for help from members of this forum. Can anyone here help me and a friend, Joe WA7FWC, identify an RTTY signal which appears to be continuously transmitting on or near 3595.5 kHz?

checking a recording here... something similar was noted at 0558 Jan 16th.... very weak in Alberta. looks like two digital signals centered around 3595.450 khz... at the beginning of each segment the
