So there will now be coded/scrambled transmissions on 440? (Or so one would guess would be the garbage pouring forth from these devices.) How will the FCC know if it is one of these devices, a Ham ru

there are already other programmable radio chips like this that cover some or all of the same bands... making the radios itself doesn't mean they can be used, different countries have different alloc
