Today, listening on 10m, I noticed that whenever I tuned into the 28400-475 range, there would be a marked increase in what sounded very much like ordinary powerline noise. Trouble is, I'm not aware

I noticed the same thing today for the first time. It was very strange. I have a powerline pole 2 doors down that I've been trying to get PG&E to fix since May. Some days are worse than others. It's
