Very interesting contest this year.  Worked many ND and SD from Kansas.  Never worked a WY.  Never heard one and I had almost 1000 Qs.  Worked at OK on 15 meters and then again on 20.  Never heard on

If there's no rate to be had, then 10m isn't the band to be on. You might put a second radio there, but if you are only listening, and everyone else is doing the same thing, you won't make any QSOs.
