FLdigi will support about any Windows audio device. There may be a problem if you use the SignaLinkUSB PTT ("soundcard PTT") since FLdigi opens the soundcard for output as soon as the program starts

It should work. There is really no issue in the SignaLink USB a software modem has to specifically address. All the SignaLink has is a 16-bit sound card (using a Burr Brown chip from the PCM2902 chip
