I plead guilty to being a poor QSL'er with cards, but all my QSOs are on LoTW. It's mostly because I live in the least needed state in the least needed country in the world. I often get requests for

My QSL policy is on my qrz.com page. I do reply 100% to all buro cards that are new band-mode combinations, and typically send to the buro once a year, usually in January after the Xmas mail rush is
