I installed a Keyspan USB-to-Serial adapter (on COM4) for radio control. I tried to install my Belkin F5U103 USB-to-Serial adapter (it installed OK as COM5), but when I went to activate it, I got the

Dunno. I'm willing to bet there is an updated driver or some other crazyness for the belkin unit. Well, with the cheapo junk usb to RS-232 converter I got, it workes fine sharing IRQ's with other us

I have the same Belkin working OK with XP though I haven't tried it for FSK yet. I got the Byte Runner 4-port PCI serial card working OK with no IRQ problem. Jim N7US So if the Belkin unit won't work
