The Micro-Lites worked RTTY from both South Sandwich VP8THU and South Georgia VP8GEO. I worked them from S. Sandwich but missed them from S. Georgia. I did not work them from FT5XO but the *did* oper

Hello Jim/Tony/all: Yes they worked rtty from all 3 places you mentioned since I worked them for a new one from VP8THU VP8GEO and FT5XO on rtty mode. I have just asked them on 20 meters ssb about rtt

Ditto from South Texas. They were on 18.105 working RTTY up at the same time and the band was dead in Texas. If they want to work US RTTY stations, the best shot may be 40 meters during the US night

Bob In RTTY you will find most op's starting at "up 2", or up 2kc. How far they go up is a function of how many people are calling them. Often an op will start at 2KC. and can go up as much as 10 KC.
