Hi, I am planning on using SD in the topband contest this coming weekend but cannot see how to set the "F2" message to send "599 s/n BN", where BN is my district identifier. I have tried adding "BN"

That should work, but only if the SD.EXE you are running is is the same folder as the SD.INI you edited. However, the recommended way to edit keyer memories (F1 to F8) is with Shift-F1 to Shift-F8 -
