I had the same problem as OE7EA, but in my case upgrading from V15.19 (I think) to the latest version of SD and re-running SDCHECK did the trick. But having just read Steve G0AEV's comments it may be

Paul, It seems that the robot no more accepts one row category entries, produced by SD Check like that: CATEGORY: SINGLE-OP 20M QRP Now he wants separate rows: CATEGORY-OPERATOR: SINGLE-OP CATEGORY-B
