- I saw that too. Maybe it was QST. I think they wrapped tape over the arcing area. They explained that once it arcs, it is prone to keep doing it unless you protect the area with some dielectric. Mayb

- Should be minimal -- you only cover the small section that was arcing. I wonder if there is a way to secure teflon pipe-sealing tape to a flat surface. That would do the trick if you could glue it do
