I'd say he should just delete his Q as well and the problem will go away. There's no good solution to this since the Q shouldn't have been made in the first place but the other guy shouldn't be penal

You can't change the fact that you made the QSO. Yes, you shouldn't have, but you did. Hopefully, and likely, there will be not reprecussions. But you did make the Q and I think the log you submit sh

Everyone just has to live with it. The real problem here is the silly idea that the other end gets docked extra points for mistakes someone else makes. They should just take bad QSO's out on both end
