- Sounds like you have the Auto Arrange function selected. Right-click on anywhere on your desktop, In the window that opens, highlight "Arrange Icons By". In the sub-menu see if Auto Arrange is has a

- My WIN98SE computers sometimes re-arrange the icons after having to run in safe mode. There must be some file(s) that are saved and can be restored like MyDesktop in WIN2K & XP. Gary - WB4SQ ________
