I've actually wired a red light above each of the respective rigs and tied into the CONTROL RELAY pin out that switches my mic. I had a couple of extra contacts on that relay. It's not pretty, but it

Well, I suppose that's all one can do really. But something like that isn't really very much help (to me at least) when I'm tired. "Red Rig, Blue Rig" is about my limit then, in nice bright colours.
