Yes, I expereinced the same problem. It seemd that the mult info is being derived from the NAME, and not the STATE. (N9HDE is SCott...) Seems this was the case consistently. It made it impossible to

Similar problem here with European HF Championship. TR computes ITU zone from callsign and uses this to see if needed mult, even when a check is entered in the call field in S&P. Mult need display is

I can confirm the behaviour in the EUHFC. even if just played in for a couple of hours. I didn't have any INITIAL EXCHANGE set but TRLog show the ITU zone in the ecxhange WINDOW and use that (wrong)
