In general, 10 meter repeaters use PL. This is to prevent a total mess when the band is open. The split is -1 MHz, ie.: input for 29.62 is 29.52. Perhaps the best thing to try is park the rig on 29.6

I recently put an FM board in my Omni V. I have yet to hear any activity on 10 meter FM. I looked up the repeaters in the ARRL repeater directories and haven't heard any activity on those frequencies

Carl, Some 10M repeaters have tone access. For example WB5TTS in TX on 29.680 out, and 29.580 in shows 114.8 Hz. On 29.660/29.560, WB5TTO shows as using 192.8, and WB5MPX on 29.640/29.540 lists 151.4
