I bought a 302 remote knob for my Omni VII. It works fine, just like it is supposed to. I have the F1,F2, F3, buttons programed to A=B, split, and reverse. I find that reaching above the knob to use

I agree. But they had to go somewhere! And, if they went above the keypad, it would make the thing bigger, which would be a different ground for beef. (pardon the weak pun.) I set mine to F1-Mode, F2
