- You are not going to contact them. They will contact you. It's just how it is under the new regime because they are busy. I sent an OMNI VII in for repair. I tried to contact them to no avail. It too

- Thanks Rick I knew the service went that way BUT....I'm looking to buy something that I think is available...I hope :-) and it's about $200 + in sales... Ya know, with the exception of two AM station
