I have a late SN Centaur that I have used little in several years.  Last year I was checking it out and had difficulty getting it to tune properly.  I cooked a tube, and replaced the tubes with new 5

Add to that, input and output band switches in the amp on the same band. Often there is a chain or belt between them that can have failed. Or a shaft coupler can have come loose. 73, Jerry, K0CQ ____
