Well, I finally plucked up courage to do a PTO rebuild on my 20 yr old Corsair II yesterday - I couldn't stand the "slipping" drive any longer! I used the TenTec kit, and after a couple of hours work

Problem solved. K4BXN advised fitting the extra washers which I've now done - much nicer "feel" and still no slipping or backlash, so I'm now OK for the next 20 years :) Well, I finally plucked up co
