Has anyone hooked up these two? I'm curious to know if I can use the RS-232 connection or must I use the ICOM connection. If the later, I assume I need a conversion box, right? Thanks, Eric W3DQ rose

You can use either. I prefer the ICOM interface only because of its simplicity, and it allows me to keep the RS-232 connector free for other things (301?). The interface box is very easy to build - p
