Of course "you" do, but what do your neighbors thing? Please stop sugar-coating the problem. Even Flex recoginized it and fixed it with the 6000 series. IMO, the 5000 should not be allowed on the ban

The FCC rule being cited can also support a spark gap transmitter or any number of old pieces of gear,  if that's what I could afford and wanted to operate it.  Most of us understand the limitations
