Well, I don't know about that. But I do know a local K3 owner, who is a world class DX'er and contester, who favored his Omni VI for day to day operation, until the radio was accidentally destroyed.

I love my OMNI V and Corsair II. They seem to work better than my Collins KWM-2 my Drake TR-4Cw and my Collins 380. I like to use and fix all of them. Seems they all do what I need them to do. I like
