Sad to report but I'm having an issue with my Hercules II.  Periodically it will go into QSK as asked BUT then it doesn't fully return to receive.   If I turn off the Herc the Orion comes back to ful

That does sound like the vac relay. I use Gigavac, and by them direct from Gigavac -- they have a special price for hams. You simply select the model number and coil voltage from their catalog.Ten Te
