Nobody's mentioned it yet but one thing is the MFJ only uses 4-pills and is rated at 500w peak, while the Herc has 8 with the same or similar p/o rating. Which would you buy? Phil G4ZOW I collect all

Al, Yes, you are of course correct. I should of explained myself. At 12/14V you're somewhat limited in the selection of devices. When you consider the best of them (Toshiba's 2SC2879) is rated at 120
