I have had very good success with the Aston SS series being the SS-18 for the VHF/UHF station equipment and SS-30M for the HF transceiver. I have one in the shop for a bench supply, SS-30M, and 2 in

Well Bob, You have had good luck. I have 2 SS-30m s and they both are bad. I can't get either SS closer that 2 feet of Orion or Jupiter. All sorts of stuff happens. Gud luck. Roger, w4iv. -- Original
